Order our 3-Programs Bundle to Save, or order just one or two programs from the three below as you need. Read descriptions of each program below then order from drop-down menu above. 

Each program provides content for up to half-a-day of training, while the Bundle provides up to a day and half of training. Each program contains several short Modules you can deliver separately in less than one hour each, perfect for "Learn at Lunch" or team or department meetings. The Bundle gives you at least 12 Modules, enough for about three months of short and fast Mini-workshops. The flexibility with FastLearn is limited only with your imagination.

FastLearn: Developing a Communication Style that Works


What communication styles works best for you in all situations? 

Participants will develop awareness of how their personal communication style impacts the results they obtain from their communication process.

This workshop enables participants to understand the different communication styles people use, explore the strengths or weaknesses of them, and develop the communication style that works best in all situations to affirm relationships, produce agreements, and get results.

The program uses role-plays to illustrate each communication style in a way that makes it very clear, with practical examples from the most common work situations.

- Developing Listening Skills


Participants will learn how to listen more effectively to reach agreement and collaboration. The one to two hour program covers: 

  • Listening Skills Profile with interpretations 
  • The Three Modes of Listening 
  • Listening and feedback exercise 
  • Listening To Angry People.
Learning and practicing listening skills enable people to engage in effective communications that produce positive results every time. It's the one skill that most people take for granted and neglect to learn to use effectively.

Face To Face Communication: One-On-One Influencing Skills to Build Rapport and Achieve Results. With interactive exercises and role plays, participants will learn to:
