This Blended Learning Program
offers a mix of online assessment, paper assessment, emailed course of content,
action-learning activities to do with colleagues on-the-job, supported by

The program takes participants on an exciting and powerful journey of Self-Discovery (Assessments and Activities); Development
(of strengths and needs); and Design (Creative Thinking and Action-Learning to apply the new

The program is part assessments, part emailed course, part on-the-job action learning, and part virtual coaching via written feedback / interactive experience-sharing online. The 3Ds, or three phases of the comprehensive program are:
1- Discover Your Personality, Your Purpose, and Your Talents
In this phase, you get a battery of selected relevant assessments on communication skills, emotional intelligence, and creativity and innovation skills. You can reproduce the paper-based assessment (Communication Effectiveness Profile), use the online assessments for yourself, and may order more online assessments as needed for your employees or clients at small fees.
